TRIMMING

After the parts are ejected from the die casting machine, our workers perform manual trimming to remove overflows or to shear excess aluminum from die cast parts. Trimming is carried out with extra care and precision to avoid damaging the casting.

Burrs are also deburred before the parts undergo machining process to achieve more detailed and complex casting requirements.
