DIE CASTING
Aluminum die casting is a manufacturing process of producing metal parts superior in quality, highly precise and resistant to higher temperatures and corrosion. It is done by forcing molten metal under high pressure and high speed into the steel molds called dies. Die casting is widely used in the manufacturing industry because of several advantages. It produces quality products and the production is more efficient process and cost wise.
Yasaka Philippines International Corporation (YPIC) uses aluminum die casting machines with 125 to 200-ton capacity, capable of producing simple to complex, small to medium-sized parts needed in various industries such as lighting, automobile, electrical, communication and security systems, among others.
