FINISHING PROCESS

Finishing removes the flaws and surface blemishes from the casting. The finishing process to be used is determined since the beginning of the die casting process to avoid applying too many and unnecessary surface treatments.

During the finishing process, our team of skilled workers smooth the surface, round the sharp edges and remove flashes to prepare the cast for final surface finish such as coating and painting for a higher degree of impact and abrasion resistance.
